Piggysitting

Jennifer is attending a conference in Atlanta this week and Jim and I get to look after our "Grandpiggy" Reese. She's a really good girl and doesn't give us any trouble at all. She recognizes Jim's voice and when she hears him talk she'll squeal for food.

Easter

Yesterday Jim and I hosted Easter dinner for 17 and had a great day. The weather was sunny and in the low 60's. We missed the family members who were unable to join us.

Easter Eggs, Pretzels and Poker

On Tuesday the kids dyed some Easter Eggs and then made homemade pretzels. They had been wanting to learn how to play Poker so we spent the afternoon doing that. On Wednesday they had to head back home. It was a short visit but we had a lot of fun even though we missed Cathy not being here. Unfortunately, she had to work.

Movie and Geocaching

On Monday Jim, Jennifer, Josh and Jim went to Syracuse to see "Dairy Of A Whimpy Kid" and then to Beaver Lake Nature Center to do some Geocacing. Chris decided he'd rather stay home and spend the day with me.

Jim's Birthday

Jim and the boys came for a short visit since the kids were on Spring break. We had a good time celebrating Jim's birthday with his choice of Pizza and yellow cake with chocolate icing.

Birthday Flowers

Ever since we have had the kids Jim has sent me flowers on their birthdays. This is the bouquet he sent me this year to celebrate Jim and Jennifer's birthday ( they share the same date but 5 years apart).
